Working title is a british film company, based in london. Working title was founded in 1983 and didn't make their first film till 1993. The main film genre then Working title produce are Comedys / Rom-Com.

Working title understood that you need to work in slate terms where you need to make films you know that are going to be successful and films that you know might not be as successful as the business they are within is risky so you can just depend on films that you know are going to do well.
Working titles structure has a a development department that has a wing in both the US and in the UK and a book area for chasing down books and writes that are available so that they can then get hold of movies that you think will do well.  They also have a production department they oversee the production and have a music, finance and marketing.
